What Do We Restore, and What Do We Clean?

Why Do Owners and Managers Call C&J Environmental?

  • Mold and water, 24/7

Mold follows water. We find the water first, so homes and businesses get moisture readings and a written estimate before anything is torn out.

  • Commercial cleaning by bid

Every night should look like the first night. We clean for businesses only, each account run from a written scope by room and frequency and priced as a custom bid after a walk-through.

  • Work you can check

We both inspect and remediate mold, so any independent inspector you hire for clearance is welcome on the job. We hold the IICRC Certified Firm and EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm credentials, and the readings and photos from your space stay with you.

What Do Customers Say Once the Job Is Done?

Since 2012 we have worked for more than 1,100 clients, and as of November 2026 our Google rating is 5.0 stars from 26 reviews.

How to Go From the First Call to a Written Price

  1. Tell us what is happening

Reach us on the 24/7 line or through the short form, giving your town and whether the building needs restoration or cleaning. If water is still coming in, phone rather than wait on the form.

  2. We look before we price

Restoration begins with a free estimate visit and moisture readings, and a mold inspection with lab work is booked and paid for as its own service. Cleaning begins with a walk-through of the building, one room at a time.

  3. The price goes on paper

No restoration work starts without a written estimate, and no cleaning account starts without a written scope listing each task by room and frequency. A new suite or new hours later on means a revised scope, also in writing.
