Accessibility Statement
C&J Environmental wants people who use a screen reader, a magnifier or only a keyboard to read about mold, water damage and commercial cleaning on its website and reach the company as easily as anyone. The company designs its pages toward WCAG 2.1 at Level AA and rechecks each one whenever it is edited.
Anyone who hits a barrier can report it to [email protected] or by phone. The phone line, staffed around the clock, can take any request the website's forms take.

A flooded basement or a building that needs a cleaning crew is stressful enough, and reading our pages or reaching us should never add to it. Below are the guideline we design to, the features already in place, the weak spots we know about and the ways to report trouble.
Our Approach
We treat accessibility as part of building each page, both when it is first written and whenever it changes. Any barrier, whether we spot it or a visitor points it out, stays open on our list until the corrected page is published.
The Standard We Aim For
The mark we design toward is Level AA, the middle tier of WCAG 2.1, which is the set of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines the W3C publishes. We do not say the site fully conforms, since any audit can miss something.
The guidelines still decide our page layouts, our color pairs and the markup behind each page.
What the Site Does Now
- Headings follow a logical order, link text says where each link goes, and phone numbers work as tap-to-call links.
- Meaningful photos carry text descriptions, every contact form field has a visible label, and the estimate quiz's photo cards work as ordinary checkboxes.
- Text meets the AA contrast level, the quiz's consent window is a standard dialog you can use from the keyboard, and the page drops its motion effects for anyone whose device requests reduced motion.
Gaps We Know About
The interactive town maps do not work well by keyboard alone or with a screen reader. Each service page also names its mapped towns as ordinary text links, so nothing is lost by skipping the map.
Google supplies the embedded map on our contact page, and how accessible that map is depends on Google. The same page also gives our address and phone number as plain text.
How to Report a Barrier
Name the page that caused trouble and describe what you set out to do on it. Write to [email protected] or ring the number in any page's header or footer, and we will track down what went wrong and set about repairing it.
Other Ways to Reach Us
Our phone line is answered 24/7 and can handle anything our forms handle, from booking a free estimate visit to setting up a walk-through of a business. If water is coming in, a call is the right first step.
Reviewing This Statement
After any major change to the website, we read this statement again and bring it up to date. Its current date appears just under the title.
