Terms and Conditions
These terms govern visits to the C&J Environmental website and requests sent through it, while each job runs on its own written estimate, contract or bid. Restoration is offered to homes and businesses, and commercial cleaning to businesses only.
Mold and water figures on the site are market ranges from published cost guides rather than quotes. Home restoration work comes with a written estimate and a contract signed before payment, the Pennsylvania and New Jersey cancel rights apply, and the insurer, never C&J, decides what a policy covers.
Effective November 5, 2026. Last updated November 5, 2026.
These terms apply to anyone who uses www.candjcleanitall.com, and using the site means you accept them. Work we perform for you answers to its own written estimate, contract or bid, and nothing on this page overrides that document.
Who We Are
C&J Environmental is a restoration and commercial cleaning company with its office in Warminster, Pennsylvania, serving parts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Throughout this page, C&J Environmental is "we", "us" and "our", and the person reading or using the site is "you".
Using This Site
The site is meant for adults, and using it means you are 18 or older. Use it to learn about our services and to send us accurate details about a property you own or manage, and do nothing that could disrupt, overload or tamper with it.
What We Sell, and to Whom
- Restoration, for homes and businesses: water damage restoration, mold inspection and mold remediation.
- Commercial cleaning, for businesses only: commercial cleaning, janitorial services, and post-construction, post-event, school and campus, stadium, and move-in and move-out cleaning of commercial space.
- Outside our work: residential cleaning of any kind, including move-out cleaning of houses and apartments.
We may decline a request from outside the 21 areas we serve, or for work outside the services listed above.
Price Ranges on This Site
The mold and water damage figures on our pages are market ranges taken from published cost guides, shared so you can plan. They are not our prices, a quote or an offer, and the price for your job comes only from a written estimate after we have seen the space.
Commercial cleaning has no posted price. Each cleaning job gets a custom bid after a walk-through of the building, with periodic work such as floor refinishing priced as its own line.
Estimate Visits, Walk-Throughs and Inspections
A restoration estimate visit costs nothing and commits neither side, and it covers a look at the affected area, moisture readings and a written estimate. Mold inspections that include lab samples are their own paid service, priced in writing before we come out.
The walk-through and the bid for commercial cleaning also cost nothing and bind no one. An estimate or a bid becomes an agreement only through a written agreement that both sides sign.
Home Restoration Jobs: Paperwork and Payment
Restoration work at a residence follows a set order: the written estimate comes first, then a written contract you sign, and only after that any payment. The points below come from each state's home improvement law.
- Pennsylvania: you may cancel a home improvement contract within three business days of signing (73 P.S. 517.7(b)), except for emergency work you approve on a signed emergency authorization under 73 P.S. 201-7. For a contract priced above $5,000, the most a deposit can be is a third of the contract price, with special-order materials the contract itemizes added to that limit (73 P.S. 517.9(10)).
- New Jersey: on a home improvement contract over $500, you may cancel for any reason until midnight of the third business day after you receive your copy, in writing, as the contract's notice explains (N.J.S.A. 56:8-151(b)). Our New Jersey contracts and invoices also carry the Division of Consumer Affairs notice telling you how to reach the Division about contractors.
- Water still coming in: we may first take the steps needed to make the space safe, such as shutting off the water. Drying, tear-out and every later step start once you have our written estimate in hand and have signed an authorization for them.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General and the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, in its guide to hiring home improvement contractors, both explain these consumer rights in more detail.
Registration With Each State
Pennsylvania and New Jersey each keep a registry of home improvement contractors, and neither one issues them a license. Our registration numbers appear in the footer of every page once they are posted, in the format each state sets.
You can look up a Pennsylvania registration through the Attorney General's contractor registration search, and New Jersey registrations through the Division of Consumer Affairs. Neither state treats a registration as an endorsement of a contractor's work.
Mold inspection and remediation carry no state license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, and EPA does not certify mold professionals. The mold credentials named on our pages are private ones, and each is named with the organization that issued it.
Insurance Claims
We are not public adjusters, and we do not handle, negotiate or settle insurance claims.
Coverage is the insurer's decision alone. What we contribute is documentation, namely damage photos, our moisture readings and an estimate itemized by task, which you can submit with your claim.
Commercial Cleaning Bids
Cleaning is sold to businesses only, by custom bid.
Each written bid sets out the tasks room by room with their frequency, the service days and hours, and whether we or the client stock paper, soap and liners. If the building changes, the scope is revised in writing.
The home improvement rules in the section above cover work at homes, and they do not apply to commercial cleaning.
No Guarantee of Results
This website makes no guarantee about the outcome of any job. The scope and terms of your work are set only in its written estimate, contract or bid.
On mold jobs, the target is a normal indoor level, since no published standard describes a building with no mold at all. Any independent inspector you choose may check the finished area.
General Information, Not Advice
Our pages on mold, water, cleaning, prices and state rules are general information. None of it is legal, insurance, medical or engineering advice, and no article replaces an in-person look at your building.
Texting Terms
The points below apply after you tick a form's consent box and agree to receive texts.
- What we text about: your request, and the work that follows if you hire us.
- Charges: message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- STOP and HELP: a STOP reply ends our texts, with one confirming message, and a HELP reply returns our contact details.
You never have to accept texts to buy from us, and our Privacy Policy covers what we do with the number you give. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Copyright and Trademarks
Copyright may protect the words and pictures on these pages, so please get our permission before reusing any of them. Organization names such as IICRC, IAQA and PHII belong to those organizations, and mentioning them does not mean any of them endorses C&J Environmental.
Links to Other Websites
We link to outside sources, including EPA, IICRC, state agencies and published cost guides. Those outside sites are beyond our control, and their owners are responsible for what they publish.
Limits on Liability
Where the law permits, C&J Environmental is not responsible for indirect or consequential harm, or for incidental losses, that come out of a visit to this website or a decision based on its general information. Work under a signed contract or an accepted bid follows that document and nothing else.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may change from time to time, and whatever version appears here governs. If you keep using the site once a revision is posted, you accept that revision.
Governing Law
These website terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, and any dispute over the website is for the Pennsylvania courts, state or federal, to decide. A contract for work in New Jersey follows the law that applies to that contract.
