Trusted mold remediation in Bristol. Best mold removal in Bristol. Professional cleaning services in Bristol.

The hardest part of stadium cleaning is not the square footage — it is the overnight turnaround window between one event and the next, and the cost when the crew falls behind.

C and J Environmental has spent 31 years building event cleaning operations that perform under real pressure. We deploy crews across multiple zones, manage tight turnarounds, and deliver venues that pass inspection the next morning. Whether you need a single post-event reset or a season contract, we build the scope around your facility — not a one-size template.

Anthony was amazing from the start! He was incredibly personable, informative and professional. The pricing was fair with no hidden fees. The guys who came out to perform the work were professional and courteous. All in all C&J was so great to work with. Hopefully I never need mold removed again but if I do I would 100% call them!!

I used C and J recently to perform mold remediation at a home that I was selling near Independence Road. They were very professional, can on time and completed the work on budget. They did nice work and responded quickly so that the sale of the home could go through. Excellent service.

What Stadium Cleaning Actually Covers — Scope, Cost, and What to Expect

What the work involves from the first walk to the final inspection. Stadium and arena cleaning starts with a facility walk and zone mapping — documenting seating capacity, restroom count, concession stand layout, and suite configuration. What we usually find once we get in there is that every venue has its own bottlenecks — a concourse with heavier traffic than expected, restrooms that need double the service, or zones left out of the previous contract. For hospitality venues with premium seating, we assign dedicated teams to suites and club levels. The scope runs from seat cleaning and bleacher debris removal through concourse scrubbing, concession stand sanitation, restroom disinfection, and a final walkthrough.

What drives the price and how long the work takes. Most property owners expect this part to be simple, but what actually drives the cost is the turnaround window and how often events are scheduled. A single post-event cleaning for a mid-size arena runs $8,000 to $20,000 depending on capacity and full scope of work. Season contracts for major venues can reach into the millions annually. A 20,000-seat arena takes 6 to 10 hours for a full post-event reset. Larger stadiums take 8 to 14 hours with crews of 100 to 250 working overnight. We price per-event or as a season contract, whichever fits your schedule and budget.

Stadium cleaning covers distinct areas, each with its own scope.

  • Post-Event Cleaning - Full facility reset after each event — seating bowl debris pickup, concourse sweeping and scrubbing, restroom deep cleaning, suite restoration, and trash removal across all zones.

  • Day Porter Services - During-event cleaning crews stationed across the venue to maintain restrooms, respond to spills, manage trash receptacles, and keep concourses and high-touch surfaces presentable.

  • Pressure Washing - Scheduled deep cleaning of concourse floors, seating sections, and exterior areas using industrial pressure washers to strip embedded grease, food residue, and biological soiling.
  • Concession Stand Cleaning - Full degreasing and sanitization of food prep surfaces, cooking equipment, floors, grease traps, and handwashing stations to meet food service sanitation requirements.

  • Locker Room Cleaning - Daily and seasonal disinfection of locker rooms, showers, and restrooms with hospital-grade disinfectant. For educational institutions, includes MRSA-prevention protocols.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does stadium cleaning actually include?

Our scope covers seating and bleacher debris removal, concourse cleaning, restroom sanitation, concession stand degreasing, suite reset, locker room disinfection, and grounds cleanup. Exhaust hood cleaning and pressure washing are contracted separately.
  • What factors affect stadium cleaning costs?

Venue capacity, event frequency, turnaround window, and whether the contract includes during-event day porter staffing are the biggest variables. Suite count moves the price. We provide a free estimate after a facility walk.
  • How long does a post-event cleaning take?

For a mid-size arena, expect 6 to 10 hours. Larger stadiums take 8 to 14 hours with crews of 100 to 250. Unlike a commercial office building on a daily schedule, this compresses into one overnight window.
  • Are permits or certifications required for this work?

Nothing on your end. We handle compliance including bloodborne pathogen training, food service standards, and OSHA requirements. For GBAC STAR facilities, our crews are trained accordingly.
  • Can the venue stay operational during cleaning?

During-event porter services run while the venue is full. Post-event cleaning starts after the building clears, with zones reopening as sections are completed.
  • What does the warranty cover?

Our 2-year warranty covers all work under the contract. If any area does not meet the agreed standard, we return and address it at no charge.
