Privacy Policy
C&J Environmental receives personal details only when someone sends one of its two web forms or calls, texts or emails the company. Those details go to the team's customer system and are used to answer the request, arrange a visit or a walk-through and carry out the work.
The site runs one analytics tool, Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits, and no ad pixels. C&J sells no personal information, a STOP reply ends its texts, and [email protected] takes requests to see, correct or delete a record.
Effective November 5, 2026. Last updated November 5, 2026.
This policy covers the personal information C&J Environmental receives through www.candjcleanitall.com and through the calls, texts and emails that follow a request. It lists the details we collect and our reasons for keeping them, names the outside companies that handle them, and sets out the requests you can make about your own information.
Who We Are
C&J Environmental works from an office in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Our restoration crews take on mold and water damage for homeowners and business owners alike, and our cleaning crews work for businesses only.
Throughout this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to C&J Environmental, and "you" refers to anyone who visits the site or contacts us.
What Our Forms Ask For
The estimate quiz and the contact form collect slightly different details:
- Estimate quiz: the service you pick, your full name, email and phone, the town where the work is, any notes and the consent box.
- Contact form: your name, phone and email, the service, the town, a budget range you select, your message and the consent box.
- Added by the site: the page you were on, which form you used and the time you sent it.
What Else Joins Your Record
A call, a text or an email adds whatever you choose to tell us in it. After a visit, your record can also hold photos of the space, moisture readings, a drying log, mold lab results, a written cleaning scope, and our estimates, contracts and invoices.
Separately, the company that hosts our website logs every page request as a matter of routine, recording the requesting IP address, the browser type and the address of the page.
How the Forms Send Your Request
Pressing the final button on either form sends your answers directly to the customer-management system our team uses for requests, calls and texts. None of your answers leave your browser before that press, and neither form will send until its consent box is ticked.
How We Use Your Information
Your information goes to work in three ways, and no others:
- answering your request and scheduling an estimate visit, an inspection or a building walk-through
- writing estimates, bids and scopes, then doing and billing the work you hire us for
- updates on your request and on any job that follows, sent by call, text or email under the consent you gave
We do not sell personal information, and no one pays us for it.
Who Else Handles It
A few outside services touch your details as part of running the business:
- Customer records, calls and texts: our customer-management system stores form requests, call and text history and our notes on your job.
- Website and email: Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps its page-request log, and our email provider stores messages sent to our address.
- Maps and analytics: Google runs Google Analytics and the map on our contact page, and OpenStreetMap supplies the map tiles on our town pages.
When a mold inspection includes samples, the laboratory that analyzes them receives the samples and the job details it needs to report a result. Anyone else, such as your insurer, a property manager or an independent inspector, gets your job records only when you ask us to send them.
A subpoena or another legal order can oblige us to hand over information, and we may also disclose it where a person's safety or our own legal rights depend on it.
Google Analytics and Cookies
Google Analytics 4 is the only analytics tool on this site. It sets cookies to tell one visit from another, and Google receives details such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you open.
We read those reports as totals to learn which pages help people, and no advertising pixel or remarketing tag runs here. Google sets out its own handling of that data on its page for partner sites, and Google's opt-out browser add-on keeps Google Analytics from recording your visits.
The Google map on our contact page may set cookies of its own, and loading a town-page map shares your IP address with OpenStreetMap. Your browser's settings can block or clear cookies, and both of our forms keep working with cookies turned off.
The Consent Box
Each form carries one consent box, and it starts unticked.
The estimate quiz labels its box with one brief sentence, and a link in that sentence opens the complete authorization in a pop-up window. The contact form shows the complete wording next to its box instead.
With that box ticked, C&J Environmental and the people on our team, assistants included, may use email, SMS texts and phone calls to verify what you asked for and the facts you entered, and a listing on a Do-Not-Call registry does not change that permission. That contact can cover your request, scheduling, quotes, follow-up and our internal discussion of the job, and it includes calls and texts sent with automated technology.
Ticking it also signals your agreement to this policy and to our terms, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Anyone who prefers not to give consent online can phone the number printed on every page, and we will take the request during that call.
Texts and Phone Calls
A text from us is always about your request or the job that grows out of it, for example to confirm the day of a visit or to ask about the space. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- Reply STOP to any of our texts to end them, and a single confirmation follows.
- For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.
Ending our phone calls works the same way: say the word while we are on the line, or write it in an email.
How Long We Keep Records
We hold on to each request through our reply, the visit or walk-through, and any follow-up on the job it describes. Paperwork from completed jobs, such as estimates, contracts, readings and invoices, can be kept longer when tax law, the job's contract or another legal requirement says so.
How We Protect Your Information
Only the services named above and the people on our team who work on your request can open your details. No website, inbox or phone system is safe from every attack, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Should a security breach reach your personal information, we will send the notice that Pennsylvania's or New Jersey's breach law calls for.
Your Choices
Any of these requests is yours to make:
- a copy of the personal details on file about you
- a correction of anything in that file that is wrong or out of date
- deletion of that information, except for job records we are legally bound to retain
Send any of these requests to [email protected] or make them by phone, and our contact page lists the number. We may confirm that the request is yours before we act on it.
Children's Privacy
Our pages are meant for adults responsible for a home or a commercial building, and nothing on them is directed to children. If we learn that personal information came from someone under 18, we delete it.
Links to Other Websites
Outside sources such as EPA, IICRC, state health departments and consumer protection offices appear as links on our pages. Each of those sites follows its own privacy policy, and this one ends where our pages end.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the version in effect.
Privacy Questions
Questions about privacy can go by email to [email protected], or to the phone line listed on our contact page.
